We know the Covid-19 pandemic has been a difficult time for everyone, but also that we need to be there to still be able to care for you and your dental needs, We have been working very hard to reconfigure the way we operate so that we can resume care as quickly as possible while ensuring your safety at all times.
We will however, need to prioritise patients with urgent care needs first.
At the Old Police House, the safety of our patients is of the utmost importance, so we are limited to what treatments we can provide and there will be extra time needed to make sure there is always a safe environment for everyone.
If you have or anyone in your household has any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or has had them in the last 14 days, please let us know as soon as you can; do not attend your appointment and follow the government guidelines around self-isolation.
What do I need to do?
If you do not need to see a dentist urgently, we will also be in touch with you as soon as we can, in order to rearrange your appointment.
If you would like to speak to a dentist, we are more than happy to speak with you over the phone. This will help to address your problem quickly, and therefore you may not need a face-to-face appointment.
Thank you all for understanding and being patient in these difficult times. All the staff at the Old Police House hope that both you and your families are safe and healthy. We want to care for you and ensure you are getting the support you need.
As always, please do never hesitate to call out practice on 01653 692771.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
